Join us for lunch on November 19, 2009 when our own Heidi Worth presents “photoaging and what you can do to look as good as you feel!”
Photoaging and what you can do to Look as good as you Feel! As we all age, our skin begins to show the signs of time and sun exposure: age spots, broken capillaries, fine lines and wrinkles. I will talk about what we can do here in the dry, thin air of the Rocky Mountains to avoid and correct some of the signs of photoaging.
Heidi Worth (nee Dickstein) is an Internal Medicine specialist by training. She practiced for 15 years in the Washington DC area as an Associate Professor of Medicine at the Hebert School of Medicine in Bethesda, Maryland before moving to Summit County with her family in 1998. She now has a full-time Aesthetics practice (Allure Medical Aesthetics and Laser Center) with offices in both Frisco and Breckenridge, and volunteers her Internal Medicine skills in the Summit Community Care Clinic. Aesthetics is the practice of improving appearance and skin health using various modalities to include topical preparations (sunscreens, antioxidants, retinols, etc), laser treatments, injectables such as Botox and dermal fillers, etc. Heidi and her husband, Ross Dickstein, love living in the rarified air of Summit County where they enjoy all the usual activities, especially hiking, snowshoeing, and gardening.
